Travis Paice
Director
Travis is an expert in designing and implementing data infrastructure and intelligence solutions. He has more than 10 years’ experience delivering successful data projects to the Australian health and community sectors. Often finding himself bridging the gap between ‘IT’ and ‘business’, one of Travis’ primary objectives of any project is to ensure everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goal. Travis founded Blueprint Data in 2016 after seeing an unmet need in the health and community sectors for proven, successful data integration and intelligence solutions, which were delivered and maintained by a reliable and helpful team. When let outside, Travis is often found making pizzas or throwing axes.
Ben Russell
Database Developer
A highly experienced and skilled expert in all things databases, Ben brings more than a decade of experience developing data solutions within the health and community industries. Prior to working in the health and community sectors, Ben was hard at work developing data solutions for the property and finance industry. Never far from a cup of coffee, Ben enjoys spending time catching up on the latest movies and sports.

With more than 10 years’ experience in coordination and administration, Simone has a proven track record of supporting projects in a range of industries, including aged care, disability, community and family, government and law. The go-to guide for all things oragnisation and process-based, Simone brings a unique, creative outlook to any project. Simone enjoys listening to podcasts, true-crime documentaries and playing the latest Nintendo games.
